Below is a map indicating all the streets that were rebuilt to varying extents by the end of 2006. In the majority of these blocks construction went beyond just resurfacing and included re-building the underground infrastructure including water lines, sewer lines, telecommunications cable, electrical duct banks, sidewalks and other amenities.
